I HAVE ORDERED A PERSONLISED PRINT, WHaT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once I receive your order along with your personalisation of the design, I will work on the it and send you a proof to approve. If you have any changes to make, this is when to do it. I will resend you the final proof to approve and only then will I print the work. Please note that your response to proof approval will impact on delivery times, so do please look out for my email from hellojustjodesign@gmail.com. As this is a personalised print that has required your approval no returns can be made. These have a wait time of ten working days.
WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER POSTAGE?
As a lot of my work is local, I offer free local delivery around West Bridgford and free collection from my home. Postage costs vary depending on weight and size and I feel it is wrong to ask customers to pay a flat rate fee of £5.50 on my items on top of the cost of your purchase. Under some circumstances however I will post and can get a postage quote to you, which will charged separately.
I WANT SOMETHING MORE BESPOKE, HOW DO I DO THIS?

THE ITEM I WANT IS NO LONGER ON YOUR WEBSITE, WHAT DO I DO?
This could be due to the item selling out, this can happen on my limited edition prints which unfortunately means they will not be restocked, limited edition prints are clearly labeled on the site. If the item is not limited edition, don’t worry, just send me a message on the CONTACT JO section and I will get in touch.
WHen will my order be READY?
Most orders can be collected or delivered locally to West Bridgford after 10 working days of ordering. If your order contains a personalised print, this may take longer based on our correspondence and timescales of your proof approval so do look out for an email.
